Password Reset Guide

In case you have forgotten your password, please follow the below instructions:

1. Access the login page via the following link: 

- for EU server: Go to https://app.ipquants.com.

- for US server: Go to https://app.us.ipquants.com

2. In the provided field, enter your Email address associated with your account. 

3. Once you've entered your Email address, click the "Sign In" button (see blue arrow).

4. After clicking the "Sign In" button, you will find the option to either enter your password or reset it.

• Click on "Forgot your password?" (see purple arrow) to begin the password reset process. 

5. Kindly input your Email address into the designated field and proceed by clicking the "Submit" button. 

• Following this, an email containing a reset password link will be sent to your email (please make sure to also check your spam folder)
